Adam's Christmas Gift

I would like a cycling jacket to use for riding my bike in the winter. The nicest, cheapest jacket that I have found is on ebay and is from a company based in China so it would be easiest to purchase it, then send it straight to our home in New York. Since it is in China it should be purchased as soon as possible because shipping will take many weeks.
